“Thy hope is the church; thy salvation is the church; thy refuge is the church”

– St. John Chrysostom

Holy Week 2026

We were blessed to journey together through the sacred days of Holy Week, reflecting on Christ’s love, sacrifice, and victory over death. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Father Baula Naguib for traveling from Egypt to lead us in these holy services and enrich our spiritual experience.

Palm Sunday
Our celebration began with Palm Sunday, commemorating our Lord’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. The joyful hymns, palm processions, and prayers set a reverent tone for the week ahead as we welcomed Christ into our hearts.

Great Friday
On Great Friday, we gathered in solemn remembrance of the crucifixion. Through prayers, readings, and hymns, we reflected deeply on the suffering and sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of the world.

Resurrection Liturgy
Our week culminated in the glorious Resurrection Liturgy, where we proclaimed with joy, “Christ is Risen!” The church was filled with light, hope, and celebration as we rejoiced in the victory of life over death.

We thank everyone who attended and participated, and once again extend our deep appreciation to Father Baula Naguib for his presence and service during this blessed week.
